- Work Location: Tan Binh District, HCMC

- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Manage contracts, negotiations, and overall project profitability.
- Drive the adoption of BIM, digital tools, and new engineering technologies.
- Implement process improvements for efficiency, quality, and sustainability.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and on- time, on- budget project delivery.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Contribute to long- term strategic growth and market positioning.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 50+ engineers, fostering a high- performance and innovation- driven culture.
- Identify new business opportunities, lead proposal development, and contribute to business growth.
- Drive knowledge- sharing programs and technical training to enhance team expertise and industry leadership.
- Optimize resource allocation, workload distribution, and staff development initiatives.
- Oversee structural and civil engineering design, modeling, and documentation for major infrastructure projects, including bridges, tunnels, and transport systems.
- Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and risk strategies.
- Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to define and achieve strategic departmental goals.
- Act as the primary client liaison, managing expectations and resolving issues.
- Ensure high- quality deliverables and seamless integration across disciplines.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in leading and managing multi- disciplinary teams in engineering and construction projects.
- BIM Platforms: Navisworks, BIM 360, Revizto, Trimble Connect.
- Proven ability in overseeing large, complex projects involving both structural and civil engineering disciplines.
- Expertise in complex, large- scale infrastructure projects (e.g., bridges, tunnels, transportation systems).
- Experience in delivering projects in regulated environments (e.g., Australian, UK, EU).
- Experience: Minimum of 12 years of experience in structural or civil engineering, with a strong focus on documentation and design.
- Structural Engineering: Proficiency in Robot, STAAD.Pro, ETABS, SAP2000, Revit, Tekla, AutoCAD, or Civil Engineering: Civil 3D, 12D, AutoCAD
- Language: English- Business Level
