Sourcing Management
Negotiate commercial terms and conditions
Evaluate pricing, warranty terms, and delivery feasibility
Supervise and support sourcing staff, coordinate with Sales when clarifications are needed
Handle sourcing requests and find appropriate suppliers
Purchase Management
Oversee purchasing staff on PO issuance, pricing, and delivery schedule
Support issue resolution with suppliers (quality, lead time, etc.)
Logistics Management
Monitor delivery from suppliers to the warehouse and onward to customers
Support logistics staff in coordinating with related departments
Internal Operations Management
Supervise GA staff handling data entry and documentation
Work with the IT team to enhance systems for accounting and order processing
Customs Clearance
Supervise staff managing export processes for EPE customers
Handle all post- contract order processing and logistics
Lead and coach the operations team to improve performance
Prepare regular sales and performance reports for management
Collaborate with other internal departments (IT, GA) for process improvements
Conduct administrative work, surveys, and reporting
Develop and implement sourcing/purchasing strategies aligned with team goals

・Language: Business- level English or Japanese (either is acceptable for direct communication with Japanese management)
・Experience:
• At least 5 years of purchasing experience, including 2+ years in a managerial or team leader role
• Having experience in MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) or related industrial fields
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Can join ASAP
• Experience working for Japanese companies or with Japanese management
・Having good language skills in both English and Japanese
