- Handle existing and new clients in Vietnam
- Negotiate permission to publish successful project cases as reference examples
- Follow up with customers after project completion to confirm satisfaction and explore new opportunities
- Coordinate with engineers to prepare proposals and quotations
- Build and maintain relationships with key contacts inside client organizations
- Present proposals and quotations to customers and manage order activities
- Identify and understand customer needs, specifications, and budget requirements
- Visit clients together with engineers for technical explanations, delivery, and inspection
- The marketing team will analyze target industries and websites to identify potential customers and inquiries.
- The sales staff will then visit clients, conduct needs assessments, and make tailored proposals.
- The sales staff will manage the process from initial contact through proposal, order, delivery, and post- sales follow- up.
- Main focus will be on new business development, while also handling existing customers, in cooperation with the marketing staff and engineering staff.
- During client meetings, engineers will accompany the sales staff to provide technical support and explanations.

・Language: Intermediate- level English
・Experience and Skills:
・Ability to understand customers’ technical issues and make solution- based proposals in collaboration with engineers
・Experience in new business development and customer follow- up activities
・Over 3 years of B2B sales experience in the manufacturing or machinery/equipment industry
・Strong coordination and communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders
・Basic knowledge of mechanical structures, materials, or automation systems

・Experience in new product development or technical proposal- based sales
・Experience collaborating with engineering teams or Japanese managers
・Work experience related to mechanical design or automation equipment
