Facility Design & Modeling:
- Design electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems compliant with Japanese design standards (JIS, Building Standards Act, etc.).
- Create high- precision modeling and drawing using 2D CAD and BIM tools (Revit, Rebro, etc.).
Technical Review and Calculations:
- Verify and implement corrections based on redlines (revision instructions) from the Japanese team.
- Perform engineering tasks including load calculations, illuminance calculations, and pipe/duct sizing.
Quality Assurance (QA):
- Self- check before delivery and technical review of drawings created by junior operators.
- Maintaining the “Japanese quality” demanded by Japanese clients.
Other related tasks as assigned

設備設計・モデリング:
・日本の設計基準（JIS、建築基準法等）に準拠した電気、空調、給排水衛生設備の設計。
・2D CADおよびBIMツール（Revit、Rebro等）を用いた高精度なモデリングと図面作成。
技術検討・計算:
・日本側チームからの赤書き（修正指示）に対する整合性の確認と修正。
・負荷計算、照度計算、配管・ダクトのサイズ選定などのエンジニアリング業務。
品質管理（QA）:
・納品前のセルフチェックおよび、後輩オペレーターが作成した図面の技術レビュー。
・日本のクライアントが求める「日本品質」の維持。

・Age & Gender: Any
・Education: Vocational school or college graduate or higher (preferably majoring in architecture or engineering)
・Language: Japanese Business Level and English Business Level (can understand technical terminology and can communicate fluently)
・Experience:
- Basic skills to lead a team as a future leader candidate, not just general staff experience.
- Have 5+ years of design experience in M&E (Electrical, HVAC, or Plumbing) in the construction industry adhering to Japanese design standards.
・Other Skills: Software: Advanced proficiency in specialized CAD software relevant to the position (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Revlo)
・Basic PC Skills: Document creation and reporting using Office tools

・Practical experience in design/modeling using BIM (e.g., Revit)
・Working experience at a Japanese company or direct communication/review experience with Japanese counterparts
・Candidates with 5+ years of experience and a desire for long- term career development and management are preferred
・Experience mentoring junior members or establishing QA (Quality Assurance) processes

・Sense of Responsibility: Maintains an 80% operational rate and takes strong responsibility for deadlines and quality (Japanese quality standards)
・Growth Mindset: Aspires to become a “highly skilled engineer” capable of design proposals and consulting, not just a “drafting operator”
・Flexibility: Willingness to proactively engage in standardizing operations and building processes at a new, start- up location
・Leadership: Ability to serve as a role model for junior staff and inspire the team as we expand to a 50- person organization
