Responsibility
Customer & Sales Management
- Maintain long- term relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Manage existing customers and proactively identify their needs.
- Support customers with product registration documents and other regulatory/technical requirements.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and achieve assigned sales targets (KPIs).
Order, Contract & Delivery Coordination
- Coordinate with internal departments (Customer Service, Legal, Finance) to ensure full compliance with regulations and contract terms.
- Manage the end- to- end customer order process, from quotation to final delivery.
- Follow up on customer payments and manage accounts receivable.
- Monitor shipment status and delivery progress, resolving any logistics- related issues.
New Business Development
- Identify and approach potential new customers.
- Generate new business opportunities in emerging fields such as Semiconductors and Data Centers.
- Build sustainable, long- term partnerships with prospective clients.
Supplier Management & Product Development
- Collaborate with overseas suppliers, HQ, and regional branches to manage sourcing activities.
- Support product development initiatives and expand the existing product portfolio.
Reporting & Market Monitoring
- Monitor market trends and track overall business performance.

Requirements

- Gender: Any.
- Education: University graduate
- Age: 27- 35
- Language Skill:
+ Business English and Business Korean communication skill (Minimum Topik 5 certification)
- Experience:
+ Enthusiasm, dynamic, passionate in sales
+3–5+ years of professional business experience (Experience in the electronics industry is a significant plus).
+ Strong communication and negotiation skills
+ Experience in Trading Company
