As a key member of the Art Design Team, you will be responsible for crafting stunning yet functional 3D designs for events, exhibitions, and activations. Whether you&039;re a hands- on visualizer or an experienced team leader, you’ll collaborate closely with Creative Planning, Production & Technical teams to transform ideas into immersive, buildable spaces.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Senior 3D Artist / SketchUp
Design 3D visuals for event spaces, exhibition booths, stages, and activations.
Ensure designs are aligned with project scope, timelines, and production capabilities.
Lead and mentor the 3D team to maintain high standards in creativity and execution.
Optimize 3D files for rendering, presentations, and production.
Collaborate with Creative Directors on design strategy and storytelling.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure feasibility and brand alignment.
Oversee design workflow and quality from concept to final output.
Translate creative briefs and sketches into realistic 3D renderings.
3D Lead / SketchUp (Includes all Senior responsibilities plus leadership scope)
Keep up with design trends and innovative visualization techniques.
Ensure accuracy in proportions, materials, lighting, and spatial layout.
Provide guidance on technical solutions and 3D best practices.
3D Executive / 3Ds Max
Stay updated with the latest 3D tools and trends.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure production feasibility and accuracy.
Develop production- ready technical drawings and support on- site adaptations.
Create 3D drawings for stages, booths, and event layouts based on creative and technical requirements.
Execute lighting, material simulation, and render setups.
REQUIREMENTS
Proficient in SketchUp (Senior/Lead) or 3Ds Max (Executive); V- Ray, Lumion, or other rendering tools is a plus.
Great attention to detail and a passion for bringing ideas to life.
Strong understanding of spatial design, materials, lighting, and real- world execution.
For Lead roles: experience managing teams and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
2–3 years of experience in 3D design (for Senior/Executive), 5+ years for Lead roles.
