3D Design Supervisor

Project manage the production from a 3D perspective
Work alongside the Art Director to achieve the required ‘Look’ for the project and ensure the work can facilitate the look efficiently
Quality checks on site with strong technical knowledge
Able to lead big scale projects with minimum supervision
Promote and Facilitate effective communication relating to the workflow, between Art directors, designer, Production management and the crew
Develop and execute ideas from conceptualization to production stage
Clearly and concisely communicate the project’s 3D procedures and workflows to the other team members
Provide leadership and support for the project’s 3D crew, both creatively and technically, and ensure they partner effectively with Production Management and ensure they deliver on their goals.
Lead junior designers and oversee their design and quality of works

- Skills sets such as space planning, concept generating including freehand 3D sketches
- Minimum 5- 7 years of relevant experience
- Hardworking, positive thinking, patient
- Understanding of multimedia technology and process of researching latest trends"
- Good communication and presentation skills"
- Degree/Diploma holder in Museum/Exhibition Design, Interior Design or related fields
- Well versed in 3D Studio MAX and Photoshop
- Technical knowledge of productions"
