About the Role
As a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in building and maintaining our health and wellness applications. Collaborating closely with our Product and Design teams, you’ll focus on creating seamless, user- centric experiences while ensuring robust, scalable, and efficient codebases.
What You’ll Do

Collaborate with cross- functional teams to optimize developer workflows, deployment strategies, and testing processes.
Design, develop, and maintain new features for BeWao&039;s health and wellness platform.
Architect and implement multi- service systems that ensure consistent, efficient, and reliable data flow.
Work across the full technology stack—frontend, API, and backend—to deliver high- quality solutions.
Quickly identify and resolve issues to maintain product reliability and enhance the user experience.

We’re looking for a passionate, growth- oriented engineer who thrives in a startup environment. You should be:

Experienced: 5+ years of professional experience in building and maintaining consumer- grade web or mobile applications.
Skilled: Strong programming and Computer Science fundamentals, with a focus on building reliable, scalable software.
Growth- Focused: Committed to continuous learning and improvement in both technical and non- technical domains.
Knowledgeable: Proficient in modern full- stack development, with expertise in frontend frameworks, APIs, and backend services.

Core Stack: TypeScript, GraphQL, ReactJS, React Native, NextJS, NestJS, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
Styling: Tailwind CSS, Headless UI
Infrastructure: GCP, Serverless, Redis, Elasticsearch, Cloudflare Workers, HL7, FHIR (optional)
