MAIN PURPOSE
The Brand Communication Executive will be responsible for creating and optimizing the creatives across all brand communication platforms with a primary focus on building brand awareness and enhancing true engagement through communication channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Zalo OA, etc) & other marketing operational task assigned by manager.
We&039;re looking for a creative and passionate Brand Communication Executive to join our marketing team for ELIXIR skincare brand & Fragrance Portfolio Brands (Narciso Rodriguez, Issey Miyake, Tory Burch).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Content Creation and Management: (50%)
· Design & create engaging, high- quality content including videos, images, copy for brand social media platforms (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram) and retailer’s platform (Retailer: Hasaki, Beauty Box, Matsukiyo, Department Stores, …)
· Develop and execute monthly content plan that aligns with brand guideline, business goal to target the brand audience.
Translating (English – Vietnamese) communication materials: press releases, other marketing communication materials (as EC Product Page, Brand Website, etc.)
· Monitor social media trends and capture competitor’s activities to keep the brand’s content fresh and relevant, focusing on high- end/prestige segment.
Performance Analysis and Reporting: (30%)
· Use data- driven insights to refine content strategies and improve overall performance.
· Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media activities.
· Provide monthly/campaign reports on content performance, audience growth, engagement rates.
· Follow up on payment & other paperworks related to assigned tasks.
Other task assigned by Manager: (20%)
· Join in brainstorming IMC campaign & support prepare printed communication materials (leaflet, brochure, sampling card, gifting box, etc) to support retailers in consistent with social communication as needed.
