- Working location: Ba Ria Vung Tau

- Manage HR team: Ensure the management and operation of the HR team
- Human resource management:
Employee profile and documents management
Developing KPIs system, implementing the process of evaluating and rewarding employees
Recruiting and arranging office and production personnel according to the requirements of the General Director and related departments
Training and giving orientation to new employees
Implementing internal and mandatory training programs according to regulations and labor law
Monitoring, drafting, and managing labor contracts
Implementing the process of signing contracts, terminating labor contracts, and handing over
- Management of C&B
Implementing and supervising the work of attendance management, salary calculation, social insurance, personal income tax
- Advising and proposing to the director board on issues in the field of human resources such as organizational structure, training and recruitment, salary and bonus plans, welfare regimes for employees, regulations of labor law, handling situations occurring in production labor, issues between the company and employees or between employees, etc.
- Communicating and working with government departments: Social insurance, fire prevention, and fighting, Labor management department, etc
- Communication work
Planning, reporting, and implementing company events
Transmitting documents, announcements, and policies from the company&039;s management to employees
- Other tasks assigned by the director or from regional headquarter HR.

Requirements

- Education Background: Bachelor&039;s Degree
- Gender: Male only
- Language: English- Business Level
- Age: 32- 40
- Experience: At least 5 years of working experience in HR Management in the production field
- Skills/Others:
+ Living in Phu My, Vung Tau, Long Thanh, or other areas near Phu My town.
+ Have a strong network and can deal with government departments: Social insurance, fire prevention, and fighting, the Labor management department, etc.

<Preferable Skill / Experience>- Prefer candidate familiar with Korean working style and organization
