- Liaise with related departments to prioritize efforts, and improve customer service, consistent with overall organizational goals, strategies, and account plans.

- Co- operate and review the data from customer orders from all sales teams to make the sales forecasts and monthly production orders in the concept of maintaining an acceptable level of physical inventory.

- Contact with customers for consultative: focus on the client’s problem and show how it can be solved with a product or service; describe the product to decide how it would be useful, advise customers on how best to use the products or services provided.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key customers and strategic partners, understanding their unique needs and delivering tailored solutions
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy for the Vietnam team to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including expansion into untapped markets and industries
- Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
- In addition to retaining current clients, attracting and securing new ones, help clients solve any problems that arise when the product is installed.
- Collaborate closely with cross- functional teams, including internal parties, the Yokohama manufacturing company as well as a regional headquarter team, to ensure alignment and achievement of the company&039;s strategic goals.
- Conduct in- depth market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats. Use insights to refine sales strategies and product positioning
- Manage the budget effectively, ensuring cost control and ROI optimization
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to President(Japanese), guiding resource allocation and decision- making

- To cooperate and investigate with the technical team to find the facts and reply to the clients on the claim product reason.
- Providing advice on making a claim and the processes involved.
- Review the claim tire product and all reports as well as review the claim product expenses will cost to the company.
