YOUR ROLE AS AN ACADEMIC OFFICER
You will be both an educator and a global community builder —with both heart and vision.
In this role, you will:
Lead and Manage Teachers Worldwide: recruit, onboard, train, and evaluate educators from diverse backgrounds to ensure high- quality teaching standards across programs.
Develop community- Parents & Students: raise enrollment rates, enhance student outcomes, and create enriching learning experiences for parents.
Design Curriculum & Experiences: build impactful courses, learning journeys, and community activities to foster growth, engagement, and global collaboration.
HOW YOU WILL GROW WITH TEENUP
To become an impactful educator and carry out these responsibilities, your journey will follow two key pillars:
LEARNING – through Builder Academy
You will be trained by leading experts in pedagogy, psychology, life skills, and comprehensive sexuality education.
You will have a personal learning portfolio with required attendance, assignments, and assessments.
Your learning progress will be tracked, graded, and rewarded with performance- based bonuses.
DOING- applying your skills to real work
Quarterly salary reviews with clear performance evaluation.
Salary range: 10,000,000 – 15,000,000 VND per month, based on experience and performance.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
Have strong skills in teacher management, curriculum design, and parent–student engagement.
Believe in the power of community- centered, progressive education.
Are confident in leading diverse stakeholders from across the world.
Are passionate about both teaching and educational leadership.
Possess good English communication skills, with IELTS 6.5+ (or equivalent) required.
Bonus points if you have:
A background in education, psychology, or gender equality organizations.
A portfolio showcasing curriculum design or community- building projects.
2 years of experience in community building or educational management.
Proven experience in teacher recruitment or training.
