Account Executive

As an account executive, you will work closely with the deputy director

Coordinating and communicating externally and internally in an effective way.
Preparing contact reports, working schedules, project reports, scripts as guided by the supervisor.
Managing the creative outcome based on discussion results.
Prepare logistic tasks for the project .
Manage administrative and campaign work, ensuring that this is all completed on time and on budget
Keep good relationship with customers to maintain for a long- time period
Developing proposal (party or wholesome) under the directions of deputy director
Preparing financial support documents for the project.
Join brainstorming and contribute creative ideas, support to recap meeting minutes.
Alerting/ Reporting to direct supervisor potential issues, problems during execution.
Support the deputy director to find customers (bonus will be negotiated)
Researching to deeply understand client&039;s briefs in terms of customer insight, market, brand characters, event format,...

Profile

Bachelor’s degree.
At least 1- year experience in the service industry.
Experience in the same position across various brands, advertising, marketing disciplines, e.g. events, activation, PR, sales promotion, digital is an advantage.
