As our new Account Executive, you won’t just “follow up” and “align.” You’ll connect the dots between business needs and creative ideas, keeping the work sharp, the team focused, and the clients genuinely seen.

Your mission, should you choose to accept
As our Account Executive, you’ll work closely with our Client Service team, and play a key role in helping us go the extra mile for clients. You’ll be involved in day- to- day client communication, internal coordination, and making sure everything runs smoothly from brainstorm to final report.
You’ll:
Assist in preparing client decks, proposals, and weekly reports.
Manage meeting schedules, notes, and follow- ups so no one drops the ball.
Research industry trends, client landscapes, and competitor activity to support strategic thinking.
Support in briefing internal teams and keeping projects on- track, on- budget, and on- brand.
Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and feedback across departments like a pro.
Join in brainstorms, bring ideas to the table (even the weird ones—we like those).
Assists in providing timely responses to client requests.
Handle vendor procurement, quotations, and contract coordination
Be the day- to- day contact point with clients on assigned accounts (don’t worry, we’ve got your back).
Collect and help interpret campaign performance data to improve future work.

You should bring:
Ability to effectively and appropriately interact with co- workers at a variety of levels, across many disciplines.
Bachelor degree holder
Confidence in presenting ideas clearly—in a room, on a Zoom, or over a last- minute call.
A good grasp of timelines, budgets, and how to make things happen without the drama.
Critical thinking skills—you don’t just take the brief, you question it.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast- paced creative environment.
2–3 years of experience in client servicing, preferably in branding or strategic comms.
A basic understanding of how strategy and creative work together—and a curiosity to learn more.
Strong command of both English and Vietnamese (verbal & written).
Familiarity with project tools like Asana, Notion, Google Suite, etc. (or the ability to pick them up fast).
