Objectives
We are looking for the role of Account Executive from middle to senior level who liaises closely with clients throughout campaigns/projects and be able to execute projects strategically & excellently at an easy to high level with support from Account Manager to deliver optimal performance for clients.
Job Description
Project management:
On top of multi- project and manage overall client portfolio under support from Account Manager :
Provide direction for team to execute project and manage on top performance, risk management, client status management
Supervise the day- to- day operation of the project team to meet KPI and Objectives
Identify key issue in different context and perspective to deliver project objectives
The project type is vary from creative / content to media performance
Join and win client pitching project independently with nature project under 1,000MB or purely media
Able to lead 2- 4 projects at complex level simultaneously
Solution provider:
Understand and provide marketing solution to clients in order to deliver project objectives and KPIs:
Understand client vertical knowledge and product and marketing.
The solutions include creative concept and branding, content and media performance
Acting as the main point of contact between client & agency to take the role of supporting and consulting
Manage client expectation to ensure timelines, progress, budget, and client deliverables, while achieving the expected profit for the company: The client working with is marketing manager and marketing lead
Uncover new opportunities through networking and turn them into long- term partnerships
Client leadership:
Provide professional support to maximize customer loyalty
Respond to inquiries and resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction reach 65% NPS KPI
Build and develop strong relationships with clients team through the proposal & implementation process, ensuring that the solutions we develop meet client needs : The relationship building is from lead to manager level of client
People leadership

Provide clear roadmap & guidance and always- on improving leadership to catch up the promotion process
Mentor 1- 2 Intern/Trainee and motivate them to deliver tasks at the highest quality
