Account Manager

Job description
Client Services & Project Management:
Take the role as a Project Leader to manage the whole project and allocate tasks to the project team.
Manage quotation, pre- cost, post- cost of projects to achieve the business target.
Work with Planning & Creative team to develop new business proposals.
Maintain and develop good relationships with suppliers, talents and freelancers.
Be in charge of client services from planning to execution and follow up.
Team Management:
Report and align the work flow with Head of Department.
Other duties as assigned by Head of Department.
Be responsible for career development of team members.
Guide and ensure team members to follow company policy and regulations.
Job requirement
Excellent problem- solving skill.
Excellent interpersonal skill & leadership.
Ability to handle pressure and tight deadlines.
Customer Service mindset.
Ability to pay close attention to details.
Excellent presentation and writing skills in Vietnamese and English.
Good project management skill.
One- year experience as an Account Manager in Event & Activation or IMC agency.
