ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Planning (10%):
Developing proposals and presenting proposals to clients effectively.
Working closely with clients to identify and thoroughly understand client briefs.
Developing well- written, accurate, appropriate creative ideas and inspire the briefs with thoughtful insights together with the project teams.
Having deep- dive research, join in and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
Project Management (50%):
Coordinating and communicating with clients, internal & external teams in an effective way to make sure the jobs are done timely and in line with strategic directions to deliver projects, good profit, and client satisfaction.
Alerting to direct supervisor potential issues, problems during execution.
Make a task list and allocate the resources to execute the campaign.
Producing quotation, working schedule, pre- cost, post- cost, final report.
Managing projects & evaluating performance after projects independently.
Show Development (15%):
Review all final results and suggest improvements if required.
Working with suppliers of production,....
Working with marketing team ( content, design, digital, creative, planing )
Client Management (10%):
Client services: build and maintain a good relationship with clients.
Consulting with clients on project/category issues and providing actionable and proper Marketing solutions.
Business Development: support SAM/AM to approach new clients to sell company credentials.
Strategy: Effectively work with team members to develop innovative ideas and strategic directions.
People management (15%):
Developing a team by coaching and training team members to improve skills.

Excellent troubleshooting and solution- finding skills in terms of Staff and projects.

Proven track record of delivery on projects in terms of time, budget, and other client KPIs.
Good written skill, particularly in relation to proposals and presentation.
Passionate and driven in everything you do, and filtering that approach through the teams and the organization as a whole
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamic requirements.
