Mô tả công việc

Develop, execute, manage and on- going optimize business plan to grow MoM & YoY of team revenue.
Analyze the effectiveness of digital & Social campaigns.
Act as the point of contact for clients for digital & Social management matters.
Build strong, long- term client relationships, and maintain frequent contact.
Organize and coordinate operations in ways that ensure maximum productivity.
Always work towards those goals.
Acting as the client’s representative in a firm to ensure that their demands are met with a focus on improving the customer experience.
Collaborate with and steer external agencies as well as other service providers to execute e- commerce strategy to achieve market share, profit and brand equity targets
Hunt, assess and identify new opportunities for growth in current and prospective clients.
Set up a list of KPIs to track for each client.
Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure that they fulfill all customer requests
Industry knowledge to implement and oversee compelling campaigns relevant to the industry and its audience
Problem- solving and critical thinking abilities to find creative solutions to complex issues clients may be facing
Leadership skills to delegate tasks and provide guidance to help employees deliver exceptional work to clients
Keep abreast of new trends in digital & ecommerce technology
Communicating with clients to ensure that all of their needs are understood and addressed.
Supervise the work of employees and provide feedback and counsel to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Resolving complaints and keeping track of all processes that pertain to the client’s desires

Yêu cầu công việc

Critical thinker and problem.
BA in Marketing or similar relevant field.
2 years of working experience as a Digital Account Manager.
Great interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Energy, enthusiasm and the ability to work under demanding targets.
High level of analytical and organizational skills, and excellent attention to details.
Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success.
Excellent communicating and interpersonal skills to work with different departments.
Friendly and Optimistic.
