Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for HCN creators by assigning jobs and leading in creation of proposals.
Ensure the campaign is fully operational & processes are running smoothly including planning, executing, maintaining good relationships with partners.
Being able to analyze market trends and customer data to identify potential sales opportunities.
Manage day- to- day planning duties for accounts handled.
Managing BD & Account team to generate and expand potential clients and an active growth pipeline, as well as to promote the company’s services addressing or predict clients’ objectives.
Prepare Client/ Brand/ Sellers acquisition and incubation plan, including but not limited to collaboration schemes and key guidelines to identify opportunities for improvement/ optimization.
Stay up- to- date on the latest social commerce trends and best practices.
Integration/ alignment of communication solutions to total brand communication/campaign plans across channels.
Conduct market research and analyze data to identify target audiences and opportunities for growth in social commerce.
Collaborate with creative team to guide the generation of ideas, development, and presentation of creative work, and steer implementation of strategy to results.
Develop brand strategy and communication plan, focusing on social commerce and influencer marketing narratives from inspiration to execution.
Recommend and implement research that will utilize tools to facilitate direction, customer insights and discovery, identification of opportunities, strategy development (understand business ambition map customer journeys, write briefs), and measurement (defining key brand KPIs).
Qualifications
Experience selling ideas to different levels of stakeholders
4 to 5+ years of experience in Creative Agency/ E- commerce environment or MCN’s client management experience
Strong understanding of social media platforms and social commerce landscape
Familiarity with quantitative and qualitative research methodologies and working knowledge of when and how to apply them to a given client challenge
Ability to adapt to change and to operate effectively in time constrained and multiple priorities situations
Strong leadership and ability to meet deadlines
Excellent analytical, decision making, influence, communication and presentation skills
Fluent in English
