Account Manager IT

Follow up with clients, addressing questions, concerns, and providing additional information as needed.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all client needs are met and projects are delivered successfully.
Conduct product and service presentations, delivering tailored presentations to prospective clients showcasing Vinova’s mobile and web development services.
Support administrative tasks by keeping track of sales activities, updating CRM systems, and maintaining accurate sales records.
Contribute to sales growth by nurturing existing accounts and converting inbound leads into customers.
Engage with existing customers, building and maintaining long- term relationships to drive repeat business, upsell opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare quotations and proposals, working closely with the technical teams to prepare customized offerings that meet client requirements.
Manage inbound inquiries, responding promptly and professionally to potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting appropriate solutions.
Monitor client satisfaction by resolving issues and proactively offering solutions to enhance their experience.

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business, or related fields.
Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Experience in IT consulting or IT application development is a plus.
Minimum 1 years of inside sales or customer service experience within the IT industry, focusing on handling inbound inquiries or working with existing clients.
Highly organized with attention to detail and a customer- first attitude.
A self- starter with the ability to manage multiple inquiries and tasks simultaneously.
