Account Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will gain valuable experience in the exciting world of blockchain technology while contributing to the company&039;s growth and success.
Responsibilities

Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
Build and maintain strong, long- lasting client relationships
Prepare reports on account status
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory

Requirements and skills

Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C- level
Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Notion, Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience delivering client- focused solutions to customer needs

Qualifications:

Bachelor&039;s degree program in business administration, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Proficient in Office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
