Accountant cum HR

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Accountant tasks

Coordinate with Chief Accountant to compare report data and final settlement
Organize and store documents
Export invoices, enter software data
Maintain good contact and coordination with tax authorities and relevant partners
Pay monthly tax reporting documents
Check and reconcile payments and goods receipts to promptly record tax revenue as it arises
Prepare internal reports and tax reports (VAT, PIT,...)

HR & Admin Tasks

Support for ordering documents with detailed instructions (if any)
Office management tasks: Order stationery, drinks, book airline tickets, hotels, look after office equipment...
Prepare labor contract, payroll, personal income tax report (quarterly, yearly), report personal income tax deduction documents (quarterly, yearly)
Prepare quarterly and annual labor reports
Support other tasks as assigned by Direct Manager

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Proficient in Excel
Priority is given to candidates who have worked in an international environment or a startup company
Have experience using MISA
Have experience as a tax accountant
Education: Majors such as Accounting, Finance, or related fields
Good command of English
