Accountant Lab:om LTD

An Interior Architecture Firm based in Hong Kong and Ho Chi Minh City is looking for its Accountant based in Vietnam, HCMC (District 2). We are a Design Agency working within the field of luxury retail for Cosmetic, Perfume, Spirit and F&B industries.
GENERAL ACCOUNTING MISSION:
- Direct report to Managing Director and every quarter to the Administrative & Financial Director.
- Vietnamese spoken/written mandatory.
- General accounting entry (sales/purchases invoices, banks/treasury, monitoring of fixed assets, various account analysis operations) – Cash monitoring, etc.
- Preparation of the Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Account
- Operational English spoken/written mandatory (French would be a plus).

REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Analyze sales results.
- General Accounting – mandatory knowledge of French, Anglo- Saxons and Vietnamese accounting plans.
- Knowledge of accounting software.
- Accounting management and compliance of data and documents.
- Develop dashboards.
PROFILE:
- Excellent knowledge of accounting and management
- Accounting software (ODOO / EBP).
- Mastery of MS Office tools, Excel, Word, PowerPoint…
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Knowledge of the company&039;s sector of activity is a plus (Domestic Retail, Airport Retail for luxury industry).
- Ability to anticipate.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and/or Finance and related fields
- ACCA, CPA, or equivalent qualification is a plus
- Rigorous and precise person.
- Ability to organize your work.
- Minimum 2 years in this type of position.
- Team player.
