C&B Cum Accountant Specialist

Drafting company policy, procedures and make suggestions to the related issues
HR reports for management purposes when requested
Others task as requested by line manager.
Consult and resolve employee’s problems about salary, benefits, company policies.
Update legal regulations in accordance with labour laws
Work closely with other departments (Sales, CS, QA...) to collect data. Verify, process these data into reports used for commissions calculation
Accounting tasks (data reconciliation, verify documents...) as requested by line manager

Prefer candidates with relevant experience regarding commission calculation, company policy, company procedures drafting
Pro- active, ready to be assigned tasks, enthusiastic support colleagues
Good at Excel, data processing
University graduates
1992- 19999
Basic knowledge of Labor law, obligated insurance laws, and related laws.
At least 2- 3 years’ experience in relevant positions
Meticulous, careful, detailed, good memory and love the numbers
Good at English writing
