Accountant (Tax/Management/General)

Tax accountant:

Other tasks as required by Managers or BOD.
Ensure filing supported documents for all transactions as company accounting policy. Be required to recognize risk of data and reports to Managers and BOD for solution.
Verify tax reports (VAT, CIT and PIT). Ensure tax report are prepared and sent correctly and timely, invoices issued with correct information and data
Ensure all transactions are accurately and completely recorded within committed timeline.
Reconcile & issue invoices to collect account receivable (require good communication and interpersonal skills)

Management accountant:

Proactively advise Managers and BOD on the company&039;s finance situation & propose action plans
Provide Cash flow report on weekly, prepare Sales Report on monthly
Support in preparing and revising budgeting and planning periodically
Other tasks as required by Managers or BOD.
Ensure Internal reports are prepares correctly and sent timely. Advise of risks of data and reports to Managers and BOD for solution.

General accountant:

Report outstanding receivables to Managers and BOD on weekly basis
Requires good logic thinking, multi- task, detail- oriented, able to work independently and highly meticulous.
Other tasks as required by Managers or BOD.
Review tax reports and internal reports of Tax accountnat and Management Accountant
Provide explanations for all transactions and data in reports to Managers and BOD. Advise of risks of data and reports to Managers and BOD for solution.

Degree qualified in Finance or Accounting from Academy of Finance, National Economics University, Banking Academy of Vietnam.
At least 3 years experience in Accounting .
Female.
Experience working in an IT company is an advantage.
Basic knowledge in English.
Knowledge of financial and accounting principles and practices.

Performance Review with from 50% to 80% salary increase
13th month salary bonus
