JOB DESCRIPTION
RedFern Digital is seeking seeking a highly motivated and talented Accountant to join our team. As a Accountant, you will be responsible for day- to- day accounting tasks and financial reporting to support the organization&039;s financial operations. Location: Ho Chi Minh City
Reporting line: CEO
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Accounting compliance:
• Reconciliation: Review and reconcile all accounting accounts and generate specific report if requested by clients.
• Others for internal management purpose: Monthly Financial Statements;
• Reporting: Generating full set of accounting reports to submit to Government annually;
• Bookkeeping: recording all transaction under VAS (Vietnam Accounting Standard);
Tax compliance:
• Statistics report Compliance monthly and quarterly and yearly if required.
• Business Registration renew
• Value Added Tax Compliance quarterly;
• Corporate Income Tax Compliance quarterly and yearly;
• DPI (Department of Planning and Investment) report Compliance monthly and quarterly if required;
• Foreigner Contractor Tax Compliance;
• Personal Income Tax Compliance monthly/quarterly and annual finalization for the Company;
Monthly Payroll preparation:
• Social Insurance Compliance;
• Union Fee Compliance;
• Periodical report to Social Insurance Authority and Labor Authority.Performance Analysis and Reporting:
Issue Output Invoices:
• Provide the service to support the Company in issuing output invoices when necessary:
• Summary and Issue electronic output invoice;
• Send issued invoice to clients if requested. (including e- commerce related, related to internal accounting/warehouse accounting)
Weekly cash flow reports, monthly finance report.
Implement new internal project/change in finance department in compliance with local regulation if any
Creating bank order payments (Transactions) both vendor payment and expense reimbursable to employees.
And any task required from finance day to day operation
REQUIREMENTS:
• Knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA) is a plus
• Experience required from 3 to 5 years of working experience in general accounting;
• Excellent analytical and problem- solving skills.
• Financial Accounting, Budgeting, and Financial Reporting skills.
• Good in English and Vietnamese, both written and verbal.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Experience with financial software and spreadsheets.
• Having experience working in accounting service companies is a plus;
• Bachelor&039;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
