With the fruitful development of Gear Games, we are looking for an Accountant to work with us who will be in charge of financial accounting work. The details work are as the followings:
Preparing all periodic reports related to taxation (VAT, CIT and all other taxes etc.) and other reports to the government organization;
Preparing month end reporting and annual financial reports;
Performing other duties assigned by the Chief of Accountant.
Analyzing monthly cost movement and making costing file;
Printing accounting books;
Issuing output VAT invoices;
Coordinating with other departments and external parties
Preparing month end accounting closing entries;
Preparing VAT refund, sales documents and others as requested;
Ensuring all data is entered into AMIS accurately and is kept up to date in compliance with the tax law and accounting law;
Checking price and related documents (input invoices, contract…) issued by vendors and ensuring that they are compliant with local regulations;
Job Requirements
Good in English communication;
Ability to work in teams as well as independently;
Trustworthy, careful and organized;
Has a good knowledge of Vietnamese accounting and tax regulations;
At least 1- 2 years of experience in accounting advisory;
Good skills in MS Office, especially Google sheet;
Ability to work under pressure.
Graduated university in Accounting/Auditing/Finance or related fields;
Be able to learn new things as a fast learner;
Shows initiative and has a strong work ethic;
