Accounting Assistant - Freshers to 3 years of experience

Oversee and manage day- to- day bookkeeping tasks for clients across various industries.
Execute HR duties, including comprehensive monthly payroll management, payroll tax processing, superannuation payments, IAS filing, and monthly reconciliation of HR General Ledger accounts.
Prepare monthly and quarterly Business Activity Statements (BAS) and PAYG Installment Activity Statements compliant with Australian Tax Office regulations.
Handle accounts receivable, accounts payable, and reconcile balance sheets.

Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing (TOEIC certificate of 600 points or equivalent).
Proficient in using Xero and MS Excel; familiarity with G- suite and Outlook is necessary.
Demonstrate a long- term commitment to a career in Accounting.
Hold a Bachelor&039;s degree in Accounting from a reputable university.
Possess meticulous attention to detail, diligence, stability, a positive attitude, and an amicable demeanor.

Access to suitable training courses as required.
Leave entitlement includes 13 days of annual leave, with accrued leave days in accordance with legal provisions.
Award/Bonus Policy: Receive a 13th- month salary for the initial two years of service, with additional months granted every two years of continuous employment.
Sponsorship for ACCA/CPA Australia certifications.
Gross Salary range of 10,000,000 18,000,000 VND, inclusive of Meal Allowance, Overtime pay, and Performance bonuses.
Other benefits as per Company regulations.

Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
