Accounting Manager

- Monitor expenditures, analyze revenues and determine budget variances and report the same to management..
- Respond to accounting inquiries from management in a timely fashion.
- Check all Monthly Finance Reports.
- Perform month- end accounting activities such as reconciliations and journal entries.
- Reply all emails about anything related to Accounting.
- Provide guidance and training to other Accountants.
- Management of the Accounting department.
- Responsible for company tax and legal aspects (VAT, corporate Tax...)
- Follow up all Shareholder loan and report to Sate Bank of Viet Nam.
- Coordinate with finance team to complete assigned accounting tasks within deadlines.
- Development and implementation of operational indicators in order to measure and follow up the company performances.
- Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities for assigned accounts.
- Assist in auditing activities by providing necessary information and preparing requested documentations.
- Perform financial analysis and reporting to management as needed.
- Assures company compliance to policies & procedures.

- English: intermediate level at least.
- BA in Accounting/Finance.
- Min 5- 7 years&039; relevant experience in financial & management accounting particularly in warehouse industry is preferred.
- Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases (Sun systems and Misa).
- Self- disciplined, Initiative and Independent, Intelligent and Enthusiastic.
