MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Negotiate contracts, quotations and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Assist management in the establishment of long- range plans and corresponding schedules to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with all regulations, rules, policies, and procedures for effective and efficient process of delivery solutions to client.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
- Develop new business with existing clients and identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
- Exercises overall supervision of staff. Participates in the processes including selecting, hiring, evaluating job performance, employee training and development, promoting, and any disciplinary action up to termination.
- Build and maintain strong, long- lasting client relationships.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Monitor job progress and direct production scheduling to meet client deadlines.
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly deliverables (including management accounts, tax computation, audited financial statement) to internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters, who engage with accounting, auditing and tax filing services.
- Collaborate with accounting- sales team to identify and grow opportunities within jurisdictions.
- Prepare reports on team performance status.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role.
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Requires a knowledge of Accounting/Tax/Auditing fields and an excellent command of the English language.
- Experience developing and leading emergency management preparedness, emergency response, and mitigation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- BA/BS degree in Accounting, Auditing or Finance, Sales or relevant field.
- Excellent problem- solving skills and ability to defuse conflict.
- Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
- Experience delivering client- focused solutions to customer needs.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, especially with accountant members.
