The ideal candidate is a hands- on professional with extensive experience in the knitwear manufacturing sector and is proficient in SAP Business One (SAP B1) . Immediate availability or a very short notice period is highly preferred.
We are seeking a highly skilled and independent Accounting Manager to join our knitwear factory. This is a "one- man band" role, meaning you will be the sole finance and accounting person on site. You will be fully responsible for the entire accounting lifecycle, from bookkeeping to final reporting, while ensuring strict compliance with Vietnamese tax laws.
Key Responsibilities
Financial & General Accounting (Full Cycle)
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) in compliance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) .
Manage the day- to- day financial operations of the factory independently.
Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and manage cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for factory operations.
Perform full ledger management, including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), fixed assets, and inventory/cost accounting.
Tax & Compliance
Ensure full compliance with all tax regulations, including FCT (Foreign Contractor Tax), VAT, PIT, CIT, and License Tax.
Liaise with tax authorities during inspections and handle all tax finalizations.
Prepare, review, and submit all tax declarations (monthly, quarterly, and annually) accurately and on time.
Cost Accounting & Inventory (Critical for Knitwear)
Coordinate with the warehouse/store- keeper to ensure inventory counts are accurate and aligned with the SAP B1 system.
Monitor and analyze production costs, variances, and overheads to support management in pricing and cost control.
Perform cost accounting for knitwear production, including raw materials (fabric, accessories), WIP, and finished goods.
SAP B1 Management
Ensure the system is configured correctly to meet the specific needs of knitwear manufacturing (e.g., Bill of Materials, production orders).
Utilize SAP Business One (SAP B1) as the primary ERP tool for all accounting entries, reporting, and inventory management.
Troubleshoot basic SAP B1 issues and coordinate with the IT support team or headquarters for system upgrades or fixes.
Reporting & Internal Control
Prepare monthly management reports and financial analysis for the General Director and headquarters.
Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets, particularly regarding cash, inventory, and procurement
