Accounting Officer (English Fluency)

Introducing the position
Digital Daesung Vietnam is looking for an accounting officer who has a strong will to be developed in a foreign company by taking a leading position directly under Korean management. Currently our company&039;s main business is focused on investing new projects, so our organization is small and has a concise working decision making system.
Expected Salary and Benefits
- VND 13,000,000- 18,000,000 (Gross, depends on the candidates&039; level)
- Working schedule: From 8am- 5pm, Monday- Friday(5 working days a week). Total 8 hours/day, 40 hours/week.
Job Description
- Complete monthly expenses and cash report for management
- Organizing, managing and monitoring a company&039;s accounts payable and receivable
- Support and report to the deputy general director(Chief Executive Officer) in performing some other jobs
- Reporting Quarterly PIT, VAT
- Cross- checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy
- Organizing salary payment sheets and paying the social insurances (including Health, Unemployment Insurance)
- Manage the external audit at the end of the year and calculate the accounting of taxes in accordance with the requirements of the company or local government
- Prepare quarterly financial report including profit and loss statement, balance sheet, cash flow, cost analysis for management, auditors and banks;

Education and training requirements:
- Good organization, time management and scheduling skills.
- Strong communication skills in English
- Experiencing using office management software, including word processing software and spreadsheets
- Over 3 years company working experience
- Bachelor&039;s degree in accounting (Most preferred) or business administration or a related field
