Admin Office Cum Sales Support

ADMIN OFFICE (70% WORKLOAD)
• Manage agendas, travel plans and appointments for upper management.
• Coordinate activities throughout the company to ensure efficiency and maintain compliance with company policy.
• Assist colleagues whenever there is an opportunity to do so.
• Ensuring office supplies are maintained, working with vendors to ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies at all times.
• Main in charge of office renovation, team building and support for marketing admin tasks.
• Manage emails, letters, packages, phone calls and other forms of correspondence.
• Support bookkeeping and budgeting procedures for the company.
SALES SUPPORT (30% WORKLOAD)
• Suggest internal administration process improvements.
• Developing and monitoring performance indicators.
• Providing data and guides to help the sales team in expense claim.

• Analytical and multitasking skills.
• 1 year working experience as a Admin office or Sales support associate.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Teamwork and motivational skills.
• University degree and good English skill.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel.

13th month salary, yearly salary increment.
