Internal Event Planning & Coordination
• Gather and analyze post- event feedback to improve future initiatives.
• Support in organizing and executing internal events such as company parties, anniversaries, holiday celebrations, team- building activities, company trips, and so on.
• Ensure all activities are completed on time and within scope.
• Coordinate logistics including venue selection, vendor communication, catering, decoration, transportation, and scheduling.
Social Media Management
• Manage and maintain the company’s social media presence across Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Develop and implement content calendars aligned with company branding and communications.
• Create or coordinate the creation of engaging content (text, photo, video) to showcase company culture and activities.
• Monitor social media engagement and provide regular performance reports and suggestions for improvement.
Administrative Support
• Weekly purchase and manage office supplies (canteen drinks & stuff, stationary, medicine…) and prepare necessary documents (quotation, invoice, etc.) for payment.
• Contribute to internal communications and initiatives that promote employee engagement and satisfaction.
• In charge of managing cleaning staff.
• Maintain internal documentation, office supplies, and records related to events and company activities.
• Assist in onboarding new employees, including preparing and managing parking cards/ access cards.
• Provide daily administrative support to the Admin/HR team and other departments.
