Admin Support - Back Office Delfin Asia Pacific

Key Responsibilities:
* Market research & marketing support:
· Performing market research.
· Gathering and processing research data.
· Create awareness of and develop the brand you&039;re marketing
· Communicate with target audiences and build and develop customer relationships
· Help with marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing and campaigns
· Write and proofread marketing copy for both online and print campaigns
* Sales Support:
· Assisting and coordinating with the sales team : work with distributors, direct customers for sales activities
· Assisting with inventory control.
· Maintain and update customer databases
*Admin support:
· Performing basic admin duties including printing, sending emails, and ordering office supplies.
· Assisting the Front Office team
· Processing company receipts, invoices, and bills.
· Assisting and supporting management.
