DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate with the team to organize company events & activities:
Support the team in organizing communication activities such as infographics, video recaps, TikTok trends, etc.
Work with the team to plan annual events, including company trips, team building activities, sport carnivals, year- end parties, charity events, etc.
Responsible for organizing monthly and quarterly birthday celebrations.
Execute the Purchasing Process:
Responsible for monthly purchasing of supplies for the pantry and other procurement requests for the company, including uniforms, birthday gifts, office decorations, etc.
Support other team members in sourcing quotations for IT requests and events.
Process and track invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents as required.
Coordinate with the team to complete daily tasks, including:
Register visa permits/TRC for expatriate staff and occasionally travel on business trips to submit documents to authorities. Perform other duties as assigned by Admin Manager
Manage the day- to- day operations of the office, including scheduling meetings and appointments, organizing files, and handling correspondence.
Manage inventory of office supplies and equipment and order new supplies as needed.
Prepare regular reports, presentations and other documents related to expenses and office budgets as assigned.
Register employees for the Toeic test according to company policy.
Arrange business trips as requested, including travel tickets, accommodation and business allowances (if needed).
Operate copy equipment, printers or other necessary equipment.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
Logical thinking and quick adaptability to new management systems.
Good organization with a problem- solving attitude, time management and scheduling abilities.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships
Good listening skills, with high levels of attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize own workload effectively.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office platforms, especially Excel.
Proficient in English, both verbal and written (TOEIC score of 600 or above) after 01- year of work at Nexcel Solutions.
Minimum of two (02) years of previous experience in a similar role.
