Job Overview:
As an Ad Monetization Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maximizing revenue through innovative advertising strategies within our mobile games. Your expertise will drive the development and execution of ad monetization strategies, ensuring that our games not only engage players but also generate optimal revenue. You will collaborate closely with Game Developers, User Acquisition, and Product Owner teams to implement and refine ad campaigns, track performance, and identify growth opportunities. The ideal candidate will be proactive, reliable, and capable of working in a fast- paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Navigate various advertising tools and dashboards to ensure proper delivery of ads and block offensive or unwanted ads
Manage the advertising set- up and ad revenue optimization in our mobile games
Participate in negotiations with advertising partners to secure optimal revenue deals
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in ad monetization
Monitor and analyze ad performance metrics and player data among partners to optimize ad placements and increase revenue
Assess the revenue potential of various advertising networks, partners and new ad formats
Oversee and manage a substantial ad inventory
Identify and address any issues related to ad placements, user experience, and revenue generation.
Run A/B tests to optimize monetization efforts: take a scientific method approach in setting up experiments, and analyzing results. You will own these tests and leverage the results
Manage relationships with ad networks and strategic partners: Admob, Facebook, Applovin, Unity, etc, to ensure effective ad delivery and performance
Provide detailed reports and insights on ad performance to stakeholders, offering recommendations for improvements
Collaborate with Game Designers and Product Owner to maintain our advertising architecture and integrate ads seamlessly into the gaming experience
Collaborate with other departments to understand, implement, optimize, and achieve targets
