We are offering an opening for an Ad Operations Executive in our Ho Chi Minh City office. The role will assist primarily within the field of digital mobile content and the corresponding ad operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing online marketing activities, demonstrated proficiency in data- driven decision making, and thrive in a fast- paced and ever- changing environment. You will also be responsible for other marketing activities outside your major projects including market research, copywriting, briefing documents, website and usability testing.
YOUR MAIN DUTIES:
Set up advertising campaigns on the internal and external tracking and analytics platforms
Collect requests from business, marketing and sales teams. Perform proper documentation, and submission of those across internal tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Google Drive, etc.
Prepare weekly reports, monthly reports and presentation materials as and when needed
Ensure proper integration of the promotional assets across various tracking platforms
Market research including social trends, consumer insights, benchmarking, competitor and keyword analysis for a range of target markets
Create Metrics/ROI reports and interpreting/presenting them at weekly meetings
Conduct in- depth analysis of the in- house advertising campaigns, recommend optimizations and improvements
Line management, training and personal development of junior staff
Conduct marketing and media landscape analysis
Upload digital content onto various internal and external content portals and marketplaces
Conduct various tests and troubleshooting when it comes to the internal online assets such as websites, blogs, landing pages etc
YOUR ATTRIBUTES:
English fluency is a must
Good technical knowledge in the area of campaign tracking methods is a plus
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
High communication skills
At least 2 years of experience in the area of online campaign management such as ad trafficking, ad optimization, etc.
