You’ll be the Product Expert for Aesthetics Unit in MinthaCare organization and will acquire knowledge on products, patents, and clinical research results, through training and documentation available from brands. Stays abreast of trends in the marketplace to ensure the product’s competitive position.
As an Aesthetics Unit Manager, You will be in charge of Sales management by managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
Scope of Responsibilities
Marketing Operation
Establishing relationships with KOLs in order to get their support and their endorsement.
Well cooperate with Medical associations and other partners to organize events.
Manage and prepare all necessary documentation and material for conferences and other format events planned according to the company’s strategies.
You’ll be in charge of Marketing materials and content: Brochures, leaflets, technical documents and other materials.
Manage and prepare all necessary documentation and material for the successful organization of events: Group presentations (dinners, lunches), workshop, CME…
Responsible for all contents and supporting documents relating to products on notification registration, advertising registration, and other dossier (if any).
Coordinate with sales team to survey and evaluate the level of information reception, customer satisfaction, and trustworthiness with regard to products, brands, and salespeople.
Prepare content presentations according to company strategy for medical events.
Sales operation
Reaching planned sales goals.
Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
The ongoing training of your salespeople.
Field visits and business trips to other provinces frequently
Bringing on board new customers and enhancing the market coverage

Internal Trainings
Support medical representatives and provide answers to questions on products, indications etc. concerning Mintha Care products with the help of the Medical
Organize and prepare all training on products, pathologies, and technical aspects for customers and internal team
