Lead and influence stakeholders in executing a cohesive marketing plan.
Stay updated on market dynamics, competitors, and opportunities, and communicate with each market accordingly.
Utilize Google Analytics to provide weekly eCommerce traffic reports and identify growth opportunities.
Explore innovative ways to use financing as a traffic driver in foreign markets.
Guide retailers in measuring and reporting store and website traffic and sales, suggesting improvements.
Collaborate with various teams to create effective marketing promotions and strategies.
Collaborate with retailers and agencies to analyze marketing and advertising trends and benchmark against competitors.
Share market trends and insights with internal teams to develop targeted marketing programs.

REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong time management and organizational abilities.
Previous experience in B2C marketing and/or advertising, preferably in a high- volume retail store, particularly in the hardgoods industry
Familiarity with traditional marketing channels such as TV, print, and radio.
Effective presentation skills.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Advertising, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Exceptional professionalism and customer- oriented approach in dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
Self- motivated and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
Strong supervisory and management skills.
Knowledge of digital marketing techniques, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.

Minimum of 5 years of experience managing a field marketing operation.
