Agency - Senior Account Manager

Build and maintain strategic relationships with key client stakeholders as well as industry relations at all levels;
Manage campaigns across the full marketing mix, ensure strategy matching the brief, manage campaign launching and ongoing operations, including market research, budgeting and reporting;
Work- flow management – liaising with internal creatives and external suppliers;
Understand client’s business and objectives; input strategically to develop creative briefs;
Be responsible for quality of deliverables, timeline and KPIs delivery commitment;
Consolidate campaign report and present to client;
Estimate and optimize budget to deliver positive return on marketing spend;
Lead on a portfolio of accounts and manage day- by- day client communication;
Manage campaign brainstorming and planning with internal teams;
Lead and inspire your team, fostering a collaborative and high- performing culture;
Coordinate communication with both internal and external parties;
Provide guidance and support in navigating client challenges and fostering professional growth within the team.
Address client queries effectively and in a timely manner;

Management of integrated campaigns: including media, creative, branding, content, digital, PR, social…;
Having strategic planning experience is an advantage;
Excellent communication skills in both writing and speaking;
fluent English is a must;
Solid experience working with a variety of categories;
Demonstrable experience of delivering as an Account Manager in agency environment is essential;
Team- oriented, results- driven, and highly adaptable in a fast- paced environment.
Atleast 7 years of experience performing Account Management role in advertising industry;
Hands- on delivery experience and stakeholder management;
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate client needs into actionable plans;
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills;
A pro- active attitude and ready to get stuck in;
