Our creative & dynamic team is looking for a
Senior Account Manager
to lead and manage those exciting & outstanding
IMC campaigns
with the key roles and responsibilities as follows:

Roles & Responsibilities

Excellently handle client service to ensure a smooth working process between Client and Agency.
Have an in- depth understanding of business issues and clients&039; requirements to develop brands that address the business requirements, then build a solid, unshakeable, trusted advisor relationship with clients, business partners, and suppliers.
Be the key person in a multi- functional team to lead the development and implement 360- degree communication plans.
Contribute to continuously strengthening and enforcing the agency’s culture and values.
Control the campaign’s budget and performance; promptly handle problems that arise during project implementation to ensure clients’ satisfaction and profitability for the agency.
Develop case studies that build the agency’s credentials and reputation.
Develop the team with an open- minded leadership mindset, train, and encourage the team to perform the best.

Candidate profile

Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders.
At least 5+ years of working experience in marketing, advertising, or communications capacity, must have experience in handling IMC campaigns.
Great with people, strong interpersonal skills, and a good team player.

Professionalism, integrity & transparency.
Keen on detail and be a great multi- tasker.
Critical thinking and problem- solving abilities.
Solid account management skills and experience of working with clients from multiple sectors from a business benefit perspective.
