We’re looking for a Senior Copywriter who can own ideas from brief to execution — crafting sharp copy, strong concepts, and culturally relevant campaigns.
Working Time: 9.00 AM- 6.00 PM | Monday- Friday
This role blends creativity and strategy, requiring someone who understands consumer insights, media trends, and campaign objectives. You’ll collaborate across teams, lead junior creatives, and help bring big ideas to life across social, digital, and IMC productions.
Working Office: Hai Ba Trung, Sai Gon Ward, HCMC
_Roles & Responsibilities_
Take ownership of copy briefs and answer them to a very high standard of copywriting (script, campaign tagline, social content,…)
Brainstorm ideas and concepts with internal teams and liaise with clients to interpret their briefs.
Develop creative strategies that are forward- thinking and in line with current media trends.
Demonstrate a clear understanding of campaign objectives and devise strategies to achieve them.
Offer creative ideas and encourage others to share theirs.
Manage multiple projects, with the ability to switch from one to the other seamlessly.
Lead a Creative Team (Junior Copywriter and Designer) on appropriate projects.
Demonstrate strong skills in managing diverse types of productions (Video, Events, Digital...).
Collaborate with the Planning Team and Social Lab to bring big ideas to life.
_Candidate Profile_
We would like to hear from those who have:
At least 3- 4 years of working experience in the same role.
Significant experience in professional, commercial projects related to many industries, especially FMCG.
A persuasive and confident approach to creativity.
Diverse copywriting: Craft compelling copy that resonates with diverse audiences across various categories.
Strong conceptual thinking.
Good at strategic thinking:
+ Consumer insight generation.
+ Develop and implement creative approaches aligned with campaign objectives;
Production management skillset:
+ Oversee the end- to- end production process, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met;
+ Collaborate effectively with cross- functional teams to bring creative visions to life.
Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Fluent in English.
