Agent – Air Import (Temporary)

Job Descriptions:

Timely and Accurate Billing and Accounting: Invoices customers the expected charges timely and accurately and according to Expeditors and customer requirements.
Timely and Accurate Shipment Processing: Ensures smooth and timely freight process flow according to Expeditors&039; operational procedures. Follows customer&039;s standard operating procedures and proactively notifies customers of any issues. Consistently meets KPI standards, as per company&039;s procedures.
Timely and Accurate Data Entry: Ensures accurate and timely data entry into our operational systems according to Expeditors&039; operational procedures and customer requirements. Monitors reports for quick data integrity resolution.
Support the Department Manager in the following areas:
Assist in retention calls and complete customer reviews with regular customers.
Be open to implementing new system changes and enhancements into the department.
Constantly looking for areas of improved efficiency.
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and customers.

Requirement/Qualification:

Good computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Well- organized, innovative, self- motivated.
Willing to put extra hours, as required.
Able to work in the team, under high pressure and tight deadline.
Fluent in English.
Fresh graduated student from University/ College or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Understanding of Import shipment handling process is a plus.
Pro- active, strong organizational skills.
