Agility MasterSr Agile Coach/AI Workflow Optimizer

We are looking for an experienced Agility Master to drive and scale the outcome of our engineering teams. Our teams use various agile methodologies from Scrum, Kanban, Lean and adapted versions of existing scaling frameworks. As an Agility Master you take charge of the continuous delivery towards our product customer solutions. You actively use agentic AI and GPTs to leverage your expert knowledge within the agile teams. Leveraging their performance and value contribution by improving their agile practices, mentoring the team members and improving their workflows. You are responsible for resolving risks and impediments within the engineering teams and contribute to the learning journey together with our people leaders.
What will you do?

Collaborate with key members of all teams to facilitate and improve AI adoption, cost effective use of our toolchain and workflows
Facilitate relentless improvement rituals (inspect & adapt) and take ownership of impediments and improvement activities that are beyond a singular team
Collaborate with other Agility Master(s) to drive positive change in the teams, and the organisation
Coach the organisation as a whole in progressive process change, creating an environment where it’s easy to align, synchronise and make autonomous decisions
Support the Product Owners/Managers in defining and maintaining the Product Backlog and make sure that everyone on the team understands the product’s goal
Facilitate the agile rituals and ensure that we apply them in a positive, productive, and outcome- oriented manner
Work with a remote team of talented engineers in multiple time zones
Create transparency in planning, delivery quality, achievements and accountability of the teams
Establish regular agile maturity assessments of the local product development organization and guide the journey towards excellence
Establish AI- based solutions to increase predictability for the outcome of the teams
Establish performance indicators and OKRs to drive customer satisfaction
Increase the ability of teams to deliver productive solutions in shorter cycles
Coach the team members in self- organisation and help them to focus on creating high- value increments that are live in production with our customers
Own and be accountable for facilitating agile values, methods, principles, and practices for the delivery of our products and services

Must- Have:
- Excellent communication skills and experience inside and outside of Agile teams
- Experience applying Agile practices within a variety of different software product organisations
- Ability to prove your experience with references beyond certifications
- Software development lifecycle knowledge
- In deep knowledge of tools to support product delivery (e.g. AI/GPTs, workflows & dashboards, knowledge management/wikis analytics)
- Technical knowledge of workflows, tools and concepts behind Product Development, related to SW development, SW lifecycle & deployment (CI/CD), operations (on- prem & cloud hosting) and SW quality management/assurance
- Experience in coaching and training individuals and teams in Lean- Agile way of working
Excellent English skills- This is a must! Any other additional language is a big plus!
- Strong and deep understanding of European work culture and its differences to Asia is a must.
- A can- do attitude, result- driven driven and willing and able to learn
- Strong and collaborative problem solver
Nice- to- have
- Experience with Jira software is an advantage
- Experience in AI and analytical programming languages is an advantage (Python)
