Agronomy Supervisor (Agriculture)

Our client is a foreign- invested manufacturing company, now looking for an Agronomy Supervisor (Agriculture, $1700, ID15131):

Work with departments to arrange for the transportation and acquisition of raw materials
Provide the company with enough raw materials in the appropriate quantity, quality, and timing.
Configure and oversee experimental models
Manage local agronomists to locate and choose farmers, offer technical guidance, and buy fruit in compliance with the requirements set by the company
Solve arising problems in the assigned region and conduct surveys from farmers to give ideas for improvement
Control agronomists to provide farmers with guidance on medicine use, apply fertilizer as required by the company, and setup quarantines.
Provide farmers with instruction on productive farming methods and proper farming practices.
Oversee agronomists in the recruitment of new farmers and the training, direction, and oversight of farmers to ensure that raw materials are produced in compliance with the company&039;s specifications
Provide technical and practical training to subordinates
Carry out the Company&039;s plans for raw materials

Graduate from university majoring in Agriculture
Good at English.
Deep knowledge of Global GAP standards.
Have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position, experience in managing farmers and instructing pest prevention measures
Have experience in fruit products from planting to harvest
Male/Female; Ages: 30- 50 years old
