Job Responsibilities
We&039;re seeking a talented AI Engineer to join our dynamic team and contribute to cutting- edge AI solutions for a growing 100k+ users product. In this role, you&039;ll have a significant impact on our AI development initiatives while gaining valuable experience with modern AI technologies.
Build AI components: Create and integrate AI solutions into our product ecosystem using modern frameworks
Collaborate cross- functionally: Work closely with data engineers, software developers, and product teams to implement AI initiatives
Develop backend APIs and work with databases to support AI functionalities
Optimize model performance: Improve accuracy, speed, and efficiency of AI models through systematic testing
Develop AI algorithms: Research, implement and optimize machine learning and deep learning models for practical applications
Apply LLM, Computer Vision, Speech AI Models: Implement text understanding, image recognition, voice recognition and generative AI capabilities
Requirements
Data skills: Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
Strong English skills: Ability to understand technical documentation and communicate within the team
Experience with LLMs, RAG architecture, or fine- tuning foundation models
Understanding of MLOps and model deployment pipelines
AI knowledge: Practical understanding of machine learning concepts, neural networks, and model training pipelines
Background in computer vision, natural language processing, or generative AI
Version control: Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows
Technical foundation: 3- 5 years experience with Python programming and AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face)
Experience with cloud AI services (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Continuous learning mindset: Enthusiasm for staying current with AI research and implementing new techniques
Problem- solving aptitude: Ability to approach complex problems methodically and develop creative solutions
Familiarity with vector databases and embedding techniques
Experience with building RESTful APIs and working with SQL/NoSQL databases
