AI Innovation Engineer (Applied AI)

You will work directly with CEO and CTO to explore global AI trends, test real tools, build rapid PoCs, and turn research into business value.
We are transforming from a traditional outsourcing company into an innovation- driven AI company. Instead of building AI only in labs, we focus on applying AI practically into software, workflows, and business models.
This is our first AI innovation role with high visibility and strong impact on company strategy.
Responsibilities:

Track Global AI TrendsMonitor updates from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.Analyze impact, risks, and opportunities.Prepare executive summaries and comparison reports.
Applied ResearchRead practical AI papers and GitHub projects.Translate research into real product ideas.
Rapid PoC DevelopmentBuild fast Proofs- of- Concept using AI tools.Focus on speed and clarity over production code.Validate ideas for leadership decisions.
Innovation & New Business IdeasPropose AI services, tools, and architectures.Support CEO’s technical content (diagrams, explainers).
Test AI Tools & AgentsExperiment with LLM tools, code agents, and AI products.Evaluate productivity and feasibility.Deliver demos and technical reports.

Strong analytical thinking
Good English reading & writing
Strong Python or JavaScript
Experience with LLMs, RAG, embeddings, and vector databases
Solid AI/ML fundamentals
Ability to read research papers & GitHub repos
Nice to Have
AI agents, MLOps, cloud AI
Public technical writing / GitHub / Kaggle
