AI Manager

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated AI Manager to lead our AI teams in developing and implementing cutting- edge artificial intelligence solutions. As an AI Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of AI projects, from strategy development to deployment.
The candidates should have a strong background in Maths, AI/ML, and team management, with a passion for staying up- to- date with the latest advancements in the field.
You will work closely with other teams, including data scientists, engineers, and product managers, to enhance our products and services.
Responsible
AI Strategy and Roadmap:
• Develop a roadmap for AI projects, outlining key milestones and deliverables.
• Identify AI opportunities and propose innovative solutions to address business challenges.
• Develop AI strategies with alignments to the company&039;s overall business objectives.
Team Leadership and Management:
• Lead and manage teams of AI engineers and researchers.
• Provide guidance and support to team members in their technical and professional growth.
Project Management:
• Plan, execute, and oversee AI projects from inception to completion, ensuring on- time delivery and high- quality results.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Coordinate with cross- functional teams to ensure seamless integration of AI solutions into existing products and processes.
Collaboration and Communication:
• Communicate AI project progress, results, and potential impact to non- technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and executive leadership to define AI requirements and objectives.
Performance Evaluation and Optimization:
• Define and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of AI solutions.
• Continuously evaluate AI models and algorithms, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
• Implement strategies to enhance AI model performance and accuracy.

• Proficiency in programming languages like Python, R, and AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.
• Excellent problem- solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Familiarity with cloud- based AI services and platforms is advantageous.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in leading AI projects and managing AI teams.
• Strong background in Deep learning, Machine learning, and Computer vision.
• In- depth knowledge of AI research and current industry trends.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to communicate complex AI concepts to non- technical stakeholders.
•Bachelor, Master or Doctoral degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science or related fields.
• Previous experience in product development and deployment is a plus.
