AI Product Owner

As a Product Owner, you will collaborate closely with cross- functional teams, including development, design, and business stakeholders, to define and prioritize features that align with the company&039;s strategic goals.
Job Description
Product Ownership:

Create and maintain the Product Backlog, ensuring that customer requirements and business goals are fully reflected.
Prioritize features and tasks based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
Own the product roadmap, aligning it with the strategic vision.
Define and prioritize AI/ML- driven features based on market needs and business goals

Scrum Master:

Resolve impediments and conflicts to ensure the development team works efficiently.
Serve as the Scrum Master for the AI development team.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as Daily Stand- ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Gather input and feedback from cross- functional teams, including engineers and business stakeholders.
Ensure stakeholder needs are incorporated into the product roadmap.

Data Analytics, AI/ML, and Technology Proficiency:

Utilize data analytics and statistical knowledge to guide product decisions.
Understanding of technologies in the AI/ML space, including Gen AI, ChatGPT, Copilot, and other relevant tools and frameworks.
Knowledge and experience with Confluence, and JIRA.

Quality Assurance:

Work closely with quality assurance teams to ensure product features meet high standards of quality and performance.
Participate in user acceptance testing and ensure the product meets user expectations.

Requirements

A proven track record of critical thinking, technical documentation, and quality assurance.
Exceptional problem- solving abilities and a knack for untangling complex tech challenges.
At least 3 years in a role such as a business analyst, Product Owner, or a similar field, ideally within a tech- forward environment.
Strong analytical and research skills.
An understanding of AI technologies, notably ChatGPT and CoPilot, and their practical applications.
Experience with AI- centric projects is highly valued, especially if you&039;ve dabbled in AI tools or projects, even without deep technical expertise.
Stellar communication skills, paired with a genuine enthusiasm for showcasing the power of AI to a varied audience.
Demonstrated experience and advanced working knowledge of Agile principles, and SDLC methodologies.
A Bachelor&039;s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline.
